Iberia Stream is a software service that distributes user-supplied playlists. We do not host, transmit, control, encode, or upload any video, audio, or stream content. All media is sourced from third-party servers operated independently of Iberia Stream.
1. Safe harbor
As a service provider acting in the role of mere conduit, we operate under the safe-harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the EU Directive 2000/31/EC, and equivalent intermediary-liability rules in other jurisdictions.
2. How to file a DMCA notice
If you are a rights holder (or authorised agent) and believe that material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- An electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorised representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing — provide the URL, channel name, stream URL or other locator with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your contact information (full legal name, mailing address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Send notices to our designated agent: dmca@iberiastream.example.
3. Our response
Upon receipt of a complete and good-faith notice, we will: (a) acknowledge receipt within 24 hours, (b) where the URL identifies a stream we can geo-restrict or block, restrict it within 48 business hours, (c) where the stream is hosted by a third-party provider, forward the notice upstream and provide the complainant with the upstream contact.
4. Counter notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant.
5. Repeat infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
6. Misrepresentation
Be aware that under section 512(f) of the DMCA, you may be liable for damages — including costs and attorneys’ fees — if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing.
7. No service of process by email
Email is the preferred channel for DMCA correspondence. For service of legal process, please contact us by post at the address listed in our Terms of Service.
