By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully.
1. Service description
Iberia Stream provides a software-based subscription that delivers IP-based playlists and access credentials. We do not produce, encode, host or own any of the underlying content. Channels and on-demand titles are provided by third-party suppliers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) share your credentials with anyone outside your household, (b) re-broadcast or re-stream the service publicly, (c) use the service to harass, defame, or violate any law, (d) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the service infrastructure, (e) use bots or automated tools to access the service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are sold in fixed terms (1 month, 3 months, 12 months, lifetime). Subscriptions are non-recurring by default — they expire at term end. Prices include applicable VAT where required.

6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any content you submit. We retain ownership of the platform, brand, software, and documentation.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or use the service for unlawful purposes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Iberia Stream operating entity is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
