7-day money-back guarantee
Every Iberia Stream subscription is sold with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at billing@iberiastream.example and we will refund 100% of the amount paid via the original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Send an email to billing@iberiastream.example from the address used at checkout.
- Include your order ID.
- Briefly describe why you are requesting the refund (this helps us improve).
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Card refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days. PayPal refunds are usually instant. Crypto refunds are issued in the original asset at current rate.
Exceptions
- Renewals and resold credits are final after 24 hours.
- Refunds are not granted where bandwidth above 200 GB has already been consumed inside the trial period (anti-abuse rule).
- Refunds are not granted where the account has been terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.

If you have a billing issue please contact us first — chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
