What internet speed do I need?+
For HD streaming, a stable 8 Mbps download is enough. For 4K UHD we recommend at least 25 Mbps. Wi-Fi works, but ethernet always gives you the smoothest playback.
Will it work in my country?+
Iberia Stream operates worldwide via our distributed CDN. Channels and VOD are available in 70+ languages. If a particular regional channel is restricted, our team will offer an equivalent.
Do I need a VPN?+
Not strictly required. We do recommend a reputable VPN for added privacy — especially on public Wi-Fi or shared networks.
How fast is activation after I pay?+
Median activation time is 4 minutes. Worst case under 30 minutes during peak hours. You'll receive your credentials by email plus a WhatsApp confirmation.
Can I use the subscription on more than one device?+
Yes — depending on plan. Starter = 1 device, Family = 2, Premium = 4, Reseller = unlimited via credits. Adding extra connections costs €4/month each.
Do you offer a free trial?+

What if my stream buffers or freezes?+
Open a ticket on WhatsApp and we'll move you to a less-loaded server within minutes. Premium plans automatically use our VIP anti-buffer route.
How do I cancel?+
All subscriptions are non-recurring — they simply expire when the term ends. There is nothing to cancel and no automatic charges. You can renew at any time.
